To enable the auto-update Zoom app feature you will have to un-install and re-install the Zoom app:

•  To un-install and re-install use the link: Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application
  
•  To download the Zoom app, use the link: https://mcmaster.zoom.us/download
•  Install the app and choose 64-bit. When its completed, sign into zoom using SSO and click the settings icon at the top right, under General make sure that auto update is enabled.
