The training summary in Mosaic does not display the correct dates for a customer’s recently renewed or newly completed regulatory health and safety training.

1. Proof of Training Information:

   • Visit the Human Resources page: Health and Safety Training.

2. Navigation in Mosaic:

   • Follow this path to check the correct dates:
     • Click on the Navigator (compass icon on the upper right).
     • Go to NavBar > Human Resources > Self Service > Learning & Development > Session Time and Status.
