Students Are you an active student attempting to access the site  https://macreconline.ca/ and you encounter an error after clicking Sign in, then selecting the McMaster login button McMaster Login option (McMaster Students Only) and entering their your credentials. ? 

The error message reads: “Unable to find user matching the id: warrea5.[ MacID ]”

 The The error occurs if the undergrad student records download has not been completed yet and that would be the main reason of issue, and they are receiving an error.in the system. 

Once  Once the download completes the error will be gone.
