Users may want to schedule meetings using role-based accounts to enhance flexibility and productivity for the member of the team that who are using the role-based account.

Role-based accounts enhance collaboration and streamline meeting management management ensuring only authorized personnel can schedule and modify meetings

Role-based accounts are not entitled to Zoom accounts.

However, users are able to use Outlook to schedule meetings with their own Zoom accounts' and sending the invitation through the role-based account's email.
