Tax forms for employees

Employees:

To view your electronic T4 or T4A tax slip on Mosaic follow the steps:

From your Mosaic Home page select the To Employee Self Service tile
Click on the Payroll Dashboard Tile
Click on the T4/T4A Slips tile to download your electronic T4/T4A slips
Please note:
- If you can get to your Tax Certificates but can't open them to view or download, make sure that your web browser is allowing popups.
- If you do not have the Employee Self Service or Payroll Dashboard tile, please submit a ticket to service desk.
