Are you an employee and receiving a 'Not Authorized for Duo' error when trying to access certain areas in Mosaic? |

Not connected to VPN. If you are off campus and you are not connected to the VPN. There are certain areas in Mosaic that contain sensitive information and to access it you must either be on campus and connected to the McMaster network or if you are off campus, you must be connected to the VPN. |
