Employee is receiving a Not Authorized for Duo error when trying to access certain areas in Mosaic |
Cause: |

Not connected to VPN. Customer is off campus and is not connected to the VPN. There are certain areas in Mosaic that contain sensitive information and to access it you must either be on campus and connected to the McMaster network or if you are off campus, you must be connected to the VPN. |

If the customer is off-campus, ask them to connect to the VPN. |
