Scheduling Zoom meeting for a Role based account

Do you want to schedule meetings using role-based account to enhance flexibility and productivity for the member of the team who are using the role-based account? Role-based accounts enhance collaboration and streamline meeting management ensuring only authorized personnel can schedule and modify meetings.

Description:
Role-based accounts are not entitled to Zoom accounts. However, you are able to use Outlook to schedule meetings with your own McMaster email Zoom account and send the invitation through the role-based account's email.

Solution:
To send Zoom meetings through role-based accounts, you will need to ensure that you are: Logged into both your McMaster email and the role-based account on Outlook Logged in on the Zoom account via the Outlook plugin using your own Zoom account Scheduling the meeting through the role-based accounts' calendar.
