Chromebook - can't connect to Wifi on campus

Description:
Customer has a Chromebook and is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi on campus.

Triage Steps to be taken:

If this is their first time connecting:

" Hello Customer,
Please try following manual wireless set up instructions for ChromeOS:

When they are prompted to enter their MacID and password, have them enter their MacID with the preface of ads\: ads\theirmacidhere

If they have previously connected and used Mac-WiFi on this device in the past:

" Hello Customer,

Please try to forget the Mac-WiFi network:

Sign into your Chromebook.
At the bottom right, select the time.
Select Settings.
In the "Network" section, select Wi-Fi.
Select Known networks.
Find the network you want to forget, then select More, and then Forget.
