Scenario 1: If this is the first-time connecting Chromebook to Wi-fi on campus: Please try following manual wireless set up instructions for ChromeOS: Note: When you are prompted to enter your MacID and password, please enter your MacID with the preface of ads\: ads\yourmacidhere Scenario 2: If you have previously connected and used Mac-WiFi on this device in the past:
Please try to forget the Mac-WiFi network: - Sign into your Chromebook.
- At the bottom right, select the time.
- Select Settings.
- In the "Network" section, select Wi-Fi.
- Select Known networks.
- Find the network you want to forget, then select More, and then Forget.
- Try following manual wireless set up instructions for ChromeOS:
