How role-based account owners can extend the expiry date on their accounts.

Solution:

Only the owners of role-based accounts are able to extend the expiry date for up to one year.  To extend the expiry date on a role-based account:

  1. Log into the Role-based tool using your personal MAC ID.
  2. Click the Actions button to the right of the account name.
  3. Click Extend Expiry Date. 
  4. Enter the new date
