Employees: 

To view your electronic T4 or T4A tax slip on Mosaic follow the steps:

  • From your Mosaic Home page select the To Employee Self Service tile
  • Click on the Payroll Dashboard Tile
  • Click on the T4/T4A Slips tile to download your electronic T4/T4A slips

    Please note:

    • If you can get to your Tax Certificates but can't open them to view or download, make sure that your web browser is allowing popups.
    • If you do not have the Employee Self Service or Payroll Dashboard tile, please submit a ticket to service desk. 

Additional Info:

To view your electronic T4 or T4A tax slip on an iPhone or iPad, you might need to switch to the desktop version of Mosaic. To enable it follow the steps: 

Safari (older ios versions):

  • Click the aA icon in the URL bar
  • Click the 3 dots in the bottom right
  • Click Request Desktop Website
  • Refresh the page, and select View Form

Safari (ios 18):

  • Click the icon at the left of the URL bar
  • Click the 3 dots in the bottom right
  • Click Request Desktop Website
  • Refresh the page, and select View Form


If you can get to your Tax Certificates but can't open them to view or download on ios 18, make sure that popups are allowed in Safari. You can ensure of this by going to settings > Apps > Safari > Block Pop-ups. If it is currently showing on click the switch to turn it off then try accessing the form once more
