How to send a secure print job to Xerox Multi-Function printer.

Solution: 

Secure print on your computer:

  1. Open document to print.
  2. Select Print and click on Printer Properties.
  3. Under Job Type, select Secure Print.
  4. Enter passcode to use in releasing document at the Xerox printer.
  5. If this is a new passcode, make a selection and click on OK.
  6. Click on OK.
  7. Click on Print.

Release print job at Xerox device:

  1. On home screen, click on Jobs. (To get to home screen click on home icon).
  2. Click on Secure Jobs and select your folder.
  3. Enter passcode and click on OK.
  4. You can delete or print selected jobs.
  5. Click on Home to return to home screen.
