Request Transcripts

Student Transcript requests are accessed through Mosaic. 

• Student Transcript Requests: Students can access their transcript requests through Mosaic.
• Alumni Transcript Requests: Alumni can also order transcripts through Mosaic if they have access. This is the only way to order physical transcripts.

• Alumni E-Transcripts: Alumni can order e-transcripts through Parchment. Please note that physical transcripts cannot be ordered through Parchment.
• Account Setup: There is no requirement to use the McMaster email. Students need to set up an account with Parchment but can do so with any email address.

• Step 1- Login into Mosaic or Parchment
• Step 2- Once logged in, select ‘Transcript Request’ 
• Step 3- Choose processing options
• Step 4 - Provide the address
• Step 5 - Submit the request
