Issue: 

I do not know how to enroll in Undergrad or Graduate or MCE courses / classes.

Description: 

Are you finding it challenging to find enrolment related information?

 Cause: 

It is likely that you know how to enroll but you are receiving an error message when you enroll.

Please note: Any of the error messages displayed in the link above cannot be resolved through the Registrar's Office.

Triage Steps to be taken: 

Please note that information regarding course enrolment depends on your program, i.e., 

  • Undergraduate or

  • Graduate or

  • Continuing Education (MCE) 

Solution: 


There are two ways you can enroll: using MyTimetable (for undergraduate students) or using Mosaic (My Planner).

To enroll through Mosaic using My Planner follow the link: Mosaic (mcmaster.ca) .

Additional Information:

MyTimetable is the newest online self-service tool for undergraduate students that allows you find an optimal and conflict-free timetable and direct class enrolment. Any classes you enroll in or drop from MyTimetable will be immediately reflected in Mosaic.
