Symptoms/Issue: 

Student has questions or issues with the PULSE app in Avenue to Learn

Environment:

Avenue to Learn

Solution: 

  • If the customer submitted a ticket, move the ticket to Avenue to Learn support by setting the Team Name in the ticket to A2L
     
  • direct the student to this A2L page and have them contact Avenue to Learn using their contact information at the bottom:  https://wiki.mcmaster.ca/avenue/pulse_app
