Description:
Customer is required to enter passcode to Join Zoom Meeting

Environment:
Zoom

Cause:
One-Click Join Feature is inactive on the account.

Triage Steps to be taken:
Ensure the customer is able to access their McMaster Zoom account.

Solution:
