Downloading Trend Micro Antivirus when off-campus

Symptoms/Issue:
User unable to install Trend Micro as they are off campus.

Environment
Antivirus at McMaster - Information Technology Security

Cause:
Must be on campus to download Trend Micro, antivirus.

Solution:
If you are off campus and need to install Trend, you will first need to connect to the VPN: Virtual Private Networking - UTS (mcmaster.ca)
