Your supervisor will need to submit the request on your behalf through the online form by doing the following: - Log into servicedesk.mcmaster.ca
- Select Accounts and Access
- Select Mosaic Access Request Form
- Select Campus Solutions Access from the dropdown in the form
- Fill in all data fields.
- Submit
