Mcmaster Student Absence Form (MSAF)

(Only Undergrad students are eligible for the McMaster Student Absence Form (MSAF). Certificate and Graduate students are not eligible.)

MSAF is managed/maintained by the faculty offices. I would suggest that you contact your department/faculty office with this inquiry, and they should be able to assist you.
