Wireless Connectivity and Personal Routers in Student Accommodations

UTS does not offer any technical support for students who have installed their own routers in residence.  Also, all residence buildings now have wireless installed in them. Students should not be installing routers.

Please note that our University Technology Services (UTS) is unable to provide technical assistance for students who have set up personal routers in their dormitories.

We’re pleased to inform you that all our residence buildings are now equipped with wireless connectivity. Therefore, we kindly request our students to refrain from installing personal routers.
