Symptoms/Issue: 

Customer changed MacID password and is now unable to connect to campus wifi networks.

Description: 

Old password is saved on the device for the campus wifi networks.  

Solution: 

Customer will need to forget the campus wifi networks on their device(s) and then reconnect.

Hello,


If you have reset your MacID password, you will need to forget on campus Wi-Fi networks in order to connect.
