Out of office replies only get sent out once per recipient. Once a recipient has gotten 1 response it is not sent again.

An easy way to tell is to go to teams and see if there is a notification on the person saying that they are sending out of office notifications.

 

Are you trying to set an email autoreply on your account using the Outlook web app?

When you first set it, the autoreply worked only for the day it was set, then it stopped working, even though it is still turned on.
