If you're receiving messages about time or participant limits on your Zoom account, it's likely because your Zoom license hasn't been activated yet.

All eligible McMaster staff and faculty as well as currently enrolled students now have access to a fully licensed version of Zoom on the McMaster portal.

 using your MacID@mcmaster.ca and your MacID password.

Live Training, Video Tutorials and the Zoom Blog can be access by logging into the McMaster Zoom Portal at https://mcmaster.zoom.us 

Then Select Resources in the top right corner and then the selection of your choice.

If you have specific questions about Zoom functionality, Zoom also has a chatbot that will provide you with help on specific questions. When you log into Zoom, in the lower right corner, click on the "Open Support Chat" icon, type in your question, and you will be provided the full answer.
