Customer has a Chromebook and is Are you unable to connect your Chromebook to the Wi-Fi on campus.?

Scenario 1: If this is their the first-time connecting Chromebook to Wi-fi on campus:

" Hello Customer, 
Please try following manual wireless set up instructions for ChromeOS:

Note: When they you are prompted to enter their your MacID and password, have them please enter their your  MacID with the preface of ads\.  Eg:    ads\theirmacidhereyourmacidhere

Scenario 2: If they you have previously connected and used Mac-WiFi on this device in the past:

" Hello Customer, 

Please try to forget the Mac-WiFi network:

• Sign into your Chromebook. 
• At the bottom right, select the time.
• Select Settings.
• In the "Network" section, select Wi-Fi.
• Select Known networks.
• Find the network you want to forget, then select More, and then Forget.
