  • Issue with the data being pasted in.
  • This can happen if the info is copied and pasted from a PDF file.
(, , etc.) try and copy that

Solution:

Please copy and paste the data into a text editor

like WordPad

or Word

and save it as a TXT file. 

Then

copy the information from the txt file and paste

it into mosaic.
