In general students need to submit

Students should be submitting OSAP forms directly to their OSAP application.

  • Only in specific situations,
 the
  • the Registrar's office uses MacDrive for student submission of OSAP forms. 
  • There are specific MacDrive links that are to be used for these forms and they are listed on the Registrar's website. 
Students do not need to be granted MacDrive access to use these forms. They should be able to just click on the link.

If a student is asking for MacDrive access to submit an OSAP form, you can direct them to the instructions on the Registrar's webpage:  
  • To access the MacDrive forms please click the link: 
Please note:
  • Student just uploads to the link; they don't need to log in.
  • They do not receive any confirmation email
    • Uploads can be completed using the link. Please note that there is no confirmation email.
