Swipe card access is handled by Parking and Security.

The employee's supervisor needs to send an email to axiomrep@mcmaster.ca

Note

If this is for a UTS employee for access to UTS rooms, then they can send the request to UTS Data Control: dcontrol@mcmaster.ca
