User is having problems confirming the Are you an employee and receiving an email from Mosaic (Oracle PeopleSoft) to confirm a referral for a job applicant through the link provided in the email.but cannot access the site to confirm it?

  Even though you’ve correctly input your User ID and password, an error message pops up indicating that the User ID and/or password is incorrect.

Solution

Usually when people get the error page in Mosaic, it is due to a caching issue and clearing the cache works for them.

log

try logging into Mosaic by entering your MAC ID

all in 

in UPPERCASE

If that doesn't work, please follow

2).   Follow this navigation in Mosaic:

  • Navigator
  • (Compass icon on the top right) > Human Resources
  • Self service
    • > Self-Service > Recruiting
    Select
    • Then select the desired referral to Confirm
