If a student calls and has you are having issues printing in the Librarieslibraries, please check their Mac ID to ensure that it is not locked out or expired.  If the Mac ID is okay, please direct them to the printsmart website: refer to the FAQs on the library's  website:https://library.mcmaster.ca/services/printingNOTE: Do not forward students to contact Printsmart support in any other way aside from the support form on the Printsmart website. for more information.
