Alumni E-Transcripts: Alumni can order e-transcripts through Parchment. Please note that physical transcripts cannot be ordered through Parchment.
Account Setup: There is no requirement to use the McMaster email. Students need to set up an account with Parchment but can do so with any email address.

Step by step guide to request transcripts through Mosaic:

Step 1- Login into Mosaic or Parchment
Step 2- Once logged in, select ‘Transcript Request’
Step 3- Choose processing options
Step 4 - Provide the address
Step 5 - Submit the request
