2. Parchment:

  • Alumni E-Transcripts: Alumni can order e-transcripts through Parchment. Please note that physical transcripts cannot be ordered through Parchment.
  • Account Setup: There is no requirement to use the McMaster email. Students  Students need to set up an account with Parchment , but they can do so with any email address.

Step by step guide to request transcripts through Mosaic:

  • Step 1- Login into Mosaic or Parchment
  • Step 2- Once logged in, select ‘Transcript Request’ 
  • Step 3- Choose processing options
  • Step 4 - Provide the address
  • Step 5 - Submit the request
