When you log into the Zoom desktop or mActivate zoom license - Client Services Self Help Portal - Confluence (mcmaster.ca)obile app, the login is slightly different than when you log in through the web. 

Step by step instructions:

1.At the log in screen, Select “Sign in with SSO” 

2.Enter the company or domain as “McMaster”, then Continue 

  1. Enter your MacID followed by @mcmaster.ca. Press Next
  2. Enter your MacID password. Press Next
  3. The Zoom desktop or mobile application will then be logged in and you may commence using the application.
