I do not know how to enrol in Undergrad or Graduate or MCE courses / classes.

Students are finding it challenging to find enrolment related information.

It is likely that the students know how to enroll but they are receiving an error message when they are trying to enroll.

Please note: Any of the error messages displayed in the link above cannot be resolved through the Registrar's Office.

Ask the customer the following question and once they reply select the relevant info in this article to share with the customer:
“Hello, would you mind sharing the program and classes you're attempting to enrol in?

• Undergraduate or

• Graduate or

• Continuing Education (MCE) 
  
   And are you getting an error as you are trying to enrol? "

“There are two ways you can enroll: using MyTimetable (for undergraduate students) or using Mosaic (My Planner).

MyTimetable is the newest online self-service tool for undergraduate students that allows you find an optimal and conflict-free timetable and direct class enrolment. Any classes you enroll in or drop from MyTimetable will be immediately reflected in Mosaic.
