Athletics and Rec site login issue

Students attempting to access the site https://macreconline.ca/ encounter an error after clicking the McMaster login button and entering their credentials.

The error message reads: “Unable to find user matching the id: warrea5.”

Cause: 

Section

 The error occurs if the undergrad student records download has not been completed yet and that would be the main reason of issue, and they are receiving an error.

 Once the download completes the error will be gone. 

Solution:

Please let students know the error should be gone in a few days as the system is being updated with the records of the undergraduate student. 

Meanwhile students can reach out to Athletics and Rec site team via email or phone to get it resolved
