Not connected to VPN.

Customer is If you are off campus and is you are not connected to the VPN.

There are certain areas in Mosaic that contain sensitive information and to access it you must either be on campus and connected to the McMaster network or if you are off campus, you must be connected to the VPN.

Triage Steps to be taken:
