Cause is unknown at this time.

The following steps can be taken to resolve the problem. (Recommended caution)

Go to Control panel > System and security > System > Advanced system settings (in upper-left side) > Advanced tab > Settings in Performance box > Visual effects: Here disable Animate controls and elements inside windows (disabled all three check boxes with the word Animate).
