The student should contact McMaster Continuing Education department directly if they can't see their course in Avenue. - If this issue was submitted through a Jira Service Desk ticket, move the ticket over to the MCE project and someone from MCE will follow up with the student in the ticket. Also provide the student with MCE's contact information in case they need to reach out to them. In Jira Service Desk there is a canned answer (CCE contact):
