If you are accessing the JHA portal from off-campus will first need to connect to the McMaster VPN.

| - If you are connected to the VPN and you are still unable to log in, please confirm your MACID password is correct by logging into your McMaster email account, Mosaic, or any other service that requires your MasID login.
- If you can not log into anything using your MacID, contact the UTS Service Desk at servicedesk.mcmaster.ca or by going to Need Help? - Contact Us - UTS (mcmaster.ca)
