Scheduled Maintenance
Upcoming Network Maintenance – Service Interruptions on Saturday, May 17 May 17, 2025 09:00-12:00 EDT
Please be advised that scheduled network maintenance will take place on Saturday, May 17th, between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. This work is necessary to maintain and improve network reliability across our sites. Wired, wireless, and telephones will be impacted.
Depending on the location, the following service interruptions are expected:
Brief Interruption (~1–2 minutes)
The following sites will experience a brief network disruption:
• Ron Joyce Centre (RJC) – Burlington
• Michael G. DeGroote School of Medicine – Kitchener/Waterloo
• McMaster Innovation Park (MIP)
• One James North (OJN)
• David Braley Health Science Centre (DBHSC)
• 180 Bloor St., Toronto
Extended Interruption (~30 minutes)
The following sites will experience an interruption of up to 30 minutes during the maintenance window:
• Regional Medical Associates – 1685 Main St.
• 711 Concession St. – Juravinski
• 50 Charlton Ave E. – St. Joseph’s Hospital
• Niagara Regional Services – St. Catharines
• 106 Forsyth Ave.
• 96 Forsyth Ave.
• Bertrand Russell Archives – 88 Forsyth
• Canadian Martyrs School
